Plans & billing
Kushi is priced on order volume, not on your delivery team. Delivery agents (riders) are unlimited on every plan, and integrations (the public API + webhooks) are included at every tier. Dashboard staff seats scale with your plan.

Prices are the annual charge. On the pricing page you can view monthly and bi-annual equivalents, but subscriptions are billed yearly. Delivery agents never count toward a seat limit.
The headline meter is orders created per calendar month. When you reach your plan's limit, creating new orders is paused until the next month or an upgrade — your existing data is never touched.
Trial
New workspaces start on a full Scale-level trial. When it ends you move to the free Hustler plan unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
What's gated
Almost everything is available on every tier. The main paid gates are:
- Audit log — Growth and above.
- White-label branding — Scale and above.
- Extra staff seats & product catalog — Growth and above.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed annually and processed securely by Flutterwave hosted checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Billing in the app.
