How do orders get into Kushi?

Three ways, all onto the same board: your pay-on-delivery storefront, a capture form on your landing page, or the API and webhooks from any tool you already use.

Is it priced per user?

You're metered on orders per month, not people. Delivery agents (riders) are unlimited on every plan; dashboard staff seats scale with your tier — 1 on Hustler, 10 on Growth, unlimited on Scale and up.

Can I plug in my ads and existing store?

Yes. Drop the Meta Pixel on your storefront, push orders in from Shopify or a custom checkout via the API, and get delivery events back over webhooks — included on every tier.

What happens when my trial ends?
