Getting started

Kushi is the sales cockpit for cash-on-delivery (COD) e-commerce — a pay-on-delivery storefront, an order board your team drives from Pending to Delivered, and live stock across your office and delivery agents. It runs the whole sale end to end, the way commerce actually works.

Core concepts

  • Workspace — your company's account. Everything (products, orders, customers, staff, agents) lives inside it.
  • Storefront — a pay-on-delivery store page you share as a link. Customers order in a tap — no account, nothing paid upfront. See Orders & commerce.
  • Products & inventory — your catalog (with bundles, combos, and order bumps) and live stock across your office and every delivery agent.
  • Orders — every order lands on one board and moves across seven stages: Pending → In transit → Delivered, plus Rescheduled, Call Back, Rejected, and Follow Up.
  • Customers — the people who've ordered from you, captured automatically with each order.
  • Staff & delivery agents — dashboard staff (seats scale with your plan) and delivery agents/riders (always unlimited). See Plans & billing.

Creating your workspace

Sign up at the signup page with your email, confirm your address, and you're in. New workspaces start on a full-featured trial, after which you drop to the free Hustler plan unless you upgrade — you never lose data either way. See Plans & billing.

Bringing orders in

Orders reach your board three ways:

  • Storefront — customers check out on your pay-on-delivery store link.
  • Import — bulk-load historical orders from a CSV.
  • Public API — push orders straight from your own checkout, ad tooling, or another system. This is the developer-facing part of Kushi, documented under API Reference.
