Orders & commerce

Kushi is a fulfillment tool for COD (cash-on-delivery) physical-goods selling — capture the order, work it across the board, and get it delivered.

Products & inventory

  • Keep a catalog with unit, price, cost, and stock. Add pricing tiers (bundles) with optional free gifts, an order bump, or build a combo product that bundles several products.
  • The Inventory & Stock section covers Stock Record (office + agents), Agent Stock, Buy Stock (with supplier), Waybills (consign to agents), Faulty Stock, Stock Adjustment, Stock History, and Product Analytics.
  • Inventory moves when an order reaches Delivered, not when it's placed — the goods are still yours until the customer has them. A combo deducts each of its constituent products, and a quantity bundle deducts its free gifts too.

Orders

Create an order with a customer, phone, delivery address, line items, and an optional COD amount. Orders move across the fulfillment board:

Pending → In Transit → Delivered, plus Rescheduled, Call Back, Rejected, and Follow Up.

Select orders for bulk status changes or assignment, filter by staff/status/date, and use the per-row Copy and WhatsApp actions. Switch between the board and a single-row list view.

  • Assign each order to a rep or rider.
  • Track payment status (unpaid / COD / paid).
  • The order dashboard summarizes total orders, pending, delivered, revenue, and low stock.

Capturing orders automatically

Push orders in automatically two ways: your storefront checkout (POST /public/v1/store/{slug}/orders, no key), or the Integrator API (POST /public/v1/orders with an API key) from another tool or a custom checkout. Either way each order lands in Pending, ready to process — see the API reference. Orders created per month are what your plan is metered on.
